Swiss Army Master Diver

This diver from Swiss Army comes in six variations. You can get it with strap or bracelet and dial color of black, orange, or yellow. This review is for the bracelet model with the black dial. Most observations will apply equally to the other variants.This diver is a "sleeper". It grows on you. It is not big, bad, and bold like the Seiko "Monster" or Croton Super "C". Nor is it a classic replica of the Rolex Submariner like the Invicta Swiss Pro Diver.The bracelet is nicely tapered starting at the case and moving to the heavy duty fold over clasp with safety latch. The clasp has a quick release "dive extension" on one end to provide expansion for over wet-suit use. The major links are single piece with brush finish on top and sides. The minor links are high-polish providing a nice contrast. The back of the bracelet links are flat providing max comfort and no snags.The uni-directional bezel is brush finish with 60 detents corresponding precisely to the minute positions on the dial. The bezel has 10 minute major markers, 5 minute minor markers, and small minute markers for the first 15 minutes of elapsed time. All markers are recessed and finished in black. They will not fade or get worn off.The lugs and case sides are brush finish. The side of the bezel, top of the screw down crown, and the screw in back are all high-polish.The dial is very legible with a clear distinction between the hour and minute hands. The "cyclops" magnifier on the crystal makes the date very readable. The luminous material on the hands and hour markers charges quickly and sustains well. The depth rating is 300 Meters (1000 Feet) far beyond the depth needed by any sport diver.This diver has unique good looks and is very functional. It is small enough to be worn for every day use and thin enough to fit under a long sleeve shirt. All things considered a very nice piece.

swiss army watch

great watch at a good price. the date is easy to see. unlike the newer and more expensive version, this watch is much more compact and weighs considerably less. since i don't need protection at -500 meters this -300 meter alternative is superior, in every way.

Swiss Army Dive Master 300

This is a sufficient watch for the average sport diver. Most users will not require the depth rating of the 500 model, and will be pleased with the everyday size of the 300 model. I have the rubber strap version and find it to be quite comfortable. The watch is lightweight and durable which are the only true reasons for owning a watch with a purpose built diving design.

A Bit Fuzzy, But Not a Bad King's Costume If Wearing More Than Once

I ordered this costume to use in a play I was in (I played King Sextimus in ONCE UPON A MATTRESS). The costume was just right for the part. It looks like something a Renaissance-type king in a fantasy kingdom would wear. I wore the costume through a week of dress rehearsals and two weekends of performances. It was cleaned and was used once again at a costume party.The costume includes the top, bottom, and belt. Don't be fooled by all the pictures you see: it does not include a hat, shoes, or stockings. Even though I enjoyed wearing this costume for the play and costume party, I wouldn't recommend buying it if you are only going to use it once. The belt is an incredibly cheap piece of plastic that doesn't stretch and instead will tear. Also, until it has been worn several times the pants and top shed black fuzz like a molting dog, which makes quite a mess on one's underclothes. Also, the shops selling this costume on Amazon are selling it rather high. If you can find it for a better price (less than the usual $79.99 list price) and intend to wear it for several nights, it's a decent buy and would be about the same price as a rental.

Great Cap by a Fantastic Company

First thing is first... if your car can't handle an amp then a capacitor won't fix your problem.Do your research on capacitors before buying one because you "think" you need one. The digital aspect allows you to see the voltage provided to your amplifier. If you see your voltage dropping then you know you have a fault somewhere in your setup. The capacitor helps stabilize your amplifier by providing it with the extra power needed during heavy bass.I would highly recommend upgrading, at minimum, your battery to an Optima Deep Cycle Yellow Top. Autozone or Oreilly's can tell you which one you need. Do not buy the red top!For those wondering what the big 3 upgrade is it consists of: upgrading your alternator, your power cables from stock to at least 4 gauge if not 0 gauge, and your battery. Most people don't need to go that far for a basic subwoofer install. I.E. an amp of 500 RMS and one or two subwoofers. If you get into the 1000 watt RMS range then you need to seriously upgrade your car components.By using a capacitor you prevent harmful discharges from your battery. Keep in mind when installing the capacitor that you need to ground it seperately from the amp. In other words black ground cable from amp to vehicle and black ground cable from capacitor to car. DO NOT run a ground cable from amp to capacitor and then to your car. You can cause the capacitor to short out.This capacitor does not get hot. I had it mounted in a very tight space in my Silverado without any issues.As a side note I currently own an 03 Infiniti G35. The stock alternator has 110 amps available. I'm running an Alpine MRX-500 with two Type-E subwoofers at 250 watts RMS each. I'm giving each sub approx 300 Watts RMS as my amp is rated at 605 RMS. Nice thing about Alpine amps is that they out perform their advertised specs, usually. I have an Optima Yellow Top. I consider this a basic setup as my alternator can handle the small system. The capacitor helps to prevent the previously stated issues.Crutchfield sells Tsunami brand capacitors which are good and well but I've always used Alpine or Rockford which is the reason I chose this cap. I've owned it for 3 years and it's still running strong. ENSURE you charge it before install!Lots of random info in this review bottom line... Can't go wrong with this capacitor at $70.

A well made good looking cap

Let me start out by saying this isn't going to solve a situation where your pulling 150 amps and your car has a 50 amp alternator. If your power is matched well with what your car can handle the cap works very effectively to stiffen the cars voltage. This is especially helpful with subwoofers where the bass note usually cause the sub amp to pull a large amount of juice. This will be right there to help stop the voltage from dipping. When the voltage dips the amp works less efficiently and when the amp isn't working efficiently you have reduced power. Voltage dips also lead to heat build up(due to increased amp draw) and things breaking over time including your cars electrical system. The voltage meter is handy when tuning although it's also helpful to get a reading at the battery, so you have the true volts across its cells. The design will also work well in many situations if you want to display it, or you could just as well hide it for the stealth install.

He loves to be held upright so he can practice standing on his chubby little legs. This Jumperoo gives him a chance to practice this some more, as well as bat his hands at different toy attachments. Sometimes he gets very excited about being in there and is happy for almost 30 minutes, other times he gets cranky much earlier. So overall, it makes for a nice addition to things to do with the infant during the day, providing him and parents some helpful and fun variety in activities.

Eh - disappointed..thought it would be better based on the reviews -

I was deciding between this and the fisher-price rainforest jumperoo. I wish I had gone with the rainforest one. This one is fine - there are some fun activities for my son, but the problem is that so much of the play space is taken up with activities that just don't work. The three little pigs and peek-a-boo horse easily take up at least one third of the table top and are really garbage. While the other activities are good, they aren't great - for instance the vegetables have specific cut out shapes they fit into to trigger certain music/words. You really have to forcefully put them in their appropriate shapes in order to trigger the music (a baby's force is not strong enough to push down the pin that triggers the audio). In general the music and lyrics are pretty good, but I wish the whole toy was of higher quality, especially given the price and the size. While my son (6 months old) loves to bounce, he gets bored of it easily and much prefers to hang out in his activity center where the activities are higher quality and actually work.

Better than the precious planet jumperoo

I love the two audible modes. One teaches words and the other plays music. The book opens and the word is said. Very cute. Of course, any jumperoo is fantastic, but I liked this one better than the precious planet because it offered more activities and seemed more educational. I didn't like the palm leaves hanging down on the precious planet. It would seem annoying to have that hanging over her head. Not too mention the banana and the bird would be out of reach and would frustrate my 4 month old. So, this barnyard jumperoo has lots for her to do and would recommend this one over the rainforest or precious planet ones.

Really Cool

I have been playing and collecting Hotwheels all my life. As a kid growing up in the sixties, I can remember the toys I had in my chest and hotwheels was one of them. You can never get tired of playing with these, they were durable and seemed like they can handle any kind of punishment you can toss at them. I simply collect them now for nostalgic purposes and I like the design of them. Again a great investment for any collector.

Absolutely Incredible!!!

Words escape me on how amazing this piece is! I've been eyeballing this piece for a long time and I finally broke down and bought it and boy, am I glad I did! You will be overwhelmed at the quality of this piece, and besides that, it's enormous! The pictures you see online for this piece cannot do it justice. I know you've heard that before but it is the truth in this case!First off the pictures do not even show the backdrop accurately. In real life the entire cover is represented including Ross, his daughter Betty, the soldiers, the missile heading upwards, the whole ball of wax!, it's all there! Just like the actual comic cover! In the pics this detail is missing. Also, the title at the top is not merely printed on, it's on a raised Plexiglas sheet that gives it an awesome 3D effect. Really, it's amazing! I was expecting a cardboard backdrop and was blown away when I saw it first hand. The quality is first rate!Next up is the Hulk himself. When my 9 year old son (who is a Hulk fan like Dad) saw it, the first words out of his mouth were "HE'S HUGE!", and I concur. Not only is he big, but he is a sight to behold. They really captured the look of Hulk here. He's a mixture of old and new. He's grey (like old), He's very muscular (like new), and he has an almost "Frankenstein" like head structure that I think really conveys what Stan Lee had in mind for this character. It gets an A+ for character representation from me and I've been a fan since the beginning!Then right in front of Hulk is his true self, Bruce Banner. What can I say other then he looks exactly like the comic cover and really aids in conveying how puny the human form is compared to The Incredible Hulk! He really aids in showing the scale in size between the two. He has that tortured look on his face that really conveys his torment at what has happened to him. Awesome!All I can say is that if you have the means and are a true Hulk fan this piece belongs in your home. I can't say enough about the mind blowing quality of this piece. BUY IT!!

Awesome Purchase. It was not at all what I had expected

This is not a toy for the purpose of this review. It is a replica for display. When I purchased this item, it was a gift to my husband for Christmas. I expected it to be solid and about 8' in design. Boy was I surprised when I picked it up. The box filled my trunk. It was so big, that the postmaster carried it to the car for me. The box was about 2 feet square. The product itself is about 10' wide, 8" deep and 18" tall made of solid material. Although it was big, the detailing is the best I have ever seen. It was as if you froze the characters in place. The detailing is so amazing that the ridges in the Hulk's fingernails were included in the statue. My husband being a fanatic about comics, was so impressed (not easily done) that he purchased the Spiderman statue and will look to the vendor for others. I purchased it on 18 Dec. and it was at the post office by 23 Dec. Great timing for Christmas.

Awesome but very brittle

The deatil on this figure is really good. there are a few mold lines but nothing terrible. The paint itself is very good too. My biggest problem is with the brittleness of the legs on the creatures. I broke two legs on the spiderhead and one on the bigger figure. All the legs can be moved, but when i first got it out of the package it was like they were stuck in place. It was really scary trying to get the legs positioned right because they are so easy to break. i dropped the spiderhead and BAM. two of the legs were instantly broken at the joints. And I only dropped it sitting on the couch so the fall was not very far. If the legs had been made of a softer material instead of the very hard plastic that is used, this thing (no pun intended) would have gotten a near perfect review. My only other complaint is the poster cutout stand thing. The stand itself is great, its the poster itself that felt really cheap to me. It was just hot glued on the stand. Overall a great collectors piece or perfect for fans of the movie.

One of the most movie accurate McFarlane figures...

This is one of the best in the movie maniacs line, very well detailed right down to the intestines on the body and base of the figure. Alot of the original movie maniacs line were really cool, but not all that movie accurate (Freddy, Jason, Leatherface...all have some physical traits and/or accessories that don't fit the specific film that they're supposed to be from), this one is about as close to an exact mini replica as you can get. I haven't and don't intend to take mine out and play around with it, I'm a collector and my figures are for display only, I hear alot about the tentacles on the main figure and the mini spider figure being very, very fragile and difficult to move without breaking, which I can definitely see, but if you're a huge movie buff and collector of figures from your favorite characters/films that's interested in items like this primarily for display, this is perfect.I bought this item from JwBene and received it fairly quickly in great condition, especially for such an old item which I'm sure has noticeable wear depending on where you get it.

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a bag of these. I didn't buy them on Amazon and the bag looks a little different but still same style. It tastes like a date made love to a stick of cinnamon and came out with this sweet/spicy apricot. Very good stuff.

Very solid

There were no reviews when I bought these scissors, but I took a chance on them. I ordered them for my mother who is always complaining that people are using her "good" scissors. I decided to get her a pair of really good scissors that she could put up and anyone who saw them would know they were the good scissors. These scissors have turned out to be amazing. They are solid and very heavy. The blades are sharp and strong. They come with cases, but my mom likes them so much she doesn't want to take them out of the box.The embroidery scissors are a lot smaller than I expected. The description is pretty clear, but I don't know enough about scissors to be able to gauge such thing. Just be aware that they are tiny.

The best cleanser out there !

I have been using this product for about 7 years along with dermalogica but I absolutely LOVE this cleanser! Even washes makeup really well. Face actually feels soooooo nice and soft after unlike any other cleanser I have tried. I have really sensitive skin and I NEVER have had any side effects using it. I highly recommend this to anyone with any skin type. I rarely ever write reviews but this one I just had to !

Gentle Cleansing

I have used this product off and on for about five years. I think someone else has come out with a better product and change but always go back to the Chamomile Cleansing Lotion. I was very disappointed when I discovered Sephorra no longer carries it since that is where I had always purchased mine and it was so convenient.
