This product is a life saver if you are in a situation where you would need to tear down and move to dump. We recently were camped in our trailer on private property for six weeks where we had water and electric, but were about 150 ft from a sewer clean-out. That's a bit far for a macerator pump. Using this product is not fun, but it worked. Suggestion - only fill it about 80%. There are two reasons for this: First, it it very heavy when full, second if you over fill it, you have a messy problem on your hands. The four star rating is because it is very awkward to pull. It needs a longer handle. Also, they could have added a clear plastic section so it is easier to tell how full it is without buying the extra gadget.

I have a self contained camper on my pickup and go into the Northern end of Idaho to a remote camp area each year for two full weeks. They DO NOT have showers there, electricity, a sewer dumping facility, but they have out-houses and running water. I clean all my dishes in the mornings inside the camper after having breakfast outside at the camp table. This unit is large enough to hold all my waste water for the day yet light enough I can lift it easily to dump its contents into the waste water units. I gave some real serious thought about this before buying (e.g 10-50 gallon units), as I had always used a 5 gallon bucket before and found after buying this 10 gallon unit it is just right. So if you use your camper for what I call light camping then the 10 gallon one is perfect.
