Ordered this product for my daughter's field trip. The product kept us cool, as the day progress, it still kept us cool, but not as cool as when we first put them on. We then dipped it into our cooler and put them back around our neck. So I do suggest the product to be redipped if you would be out and about all day (such as theme parks, hiking, etc.) Other than just the additional dipping the product in cooler water, the products work wonders and serve our purpose. Having extras was a plus, when we did use the products at the theme park, we kept switching the old with the new throughout the day. It was perfect!!
