By Audi Fan
I travel over 100 days per year, I switched to this roller bag about 8 months ago and love it. I'm a very light packer and can get 4 days in it. large center section perfect for clothes with shoes fitting in, front pocket I use for my AC adapters/GPS/bus cards, the padded laptop pocket is generous size accommodates my notebook too; then I use the back flap pocket for my ear buds, loose change, newspaper and/or book to read on the flight.I was hesitant to go from a shoulder bag to a roller, but this one fits nicely in (almost) any plane, even the MD-80s which I rarely fly thankfully. In a pinch it could even fit under you most seats which is nice for standby situations. Rolls very smoothly and the handle is plenty long enough for me (6 ft). Unlike other posters, I've never had any issues with the zippers, smooth for me. I highly recommend the bag.

The best part is there is no argument with the airlines -- it fits in the overhead! The only trouble is if you try to stuff shoes in the back pocket. That didn't fit at all.The zippers aren't as smooth as Eagle Creek products, but Eagle Creek doesn't make one that meets all the airline restrictions (<20").Lots of space, smooth rolling, handle long enough for me.Note that the 18" Slipstream doesn't have the separate laptop case, but there is a padded compartment for laptops

I always wondered why I would want a smaller roller bag until I got this one. This is just the right size when you have a shoulder bag and need some other stuff on the plane with you and all the big stuff is checked. What is different is this is a top loader...you don't open this up flat and lay everything down on the back panel...you put it on the bottom and stack it. A laptop goes into the back panel perfectly with room for your cord and small hard drive. The back panel pocket is excellent in size and useful for a change. The business pocket on the front is good...but if you pack the middle compartment too much it will get a little tight in there. I found my camera case made it cramped...but it is a great way to carry a DSLR and not worry or lug it on your shoulder. The zippers can be a little sticky to me...like they are binding...I'll keep playing with that.
