Just two teaspoons a day changed my life. It is non constipating, which is another fabulous feature. Iron usually is. I have a lot of physical ailments, but this product gives me more energy. I recently went on a trip and didn't take it. I noticed a big difference.

Floravital (the yeast and gluten free version of Floradix) is a super iron supplement. Easily absorbed, and not so bitter as Blackstrap molasses, we have not had any anemia problems since we started taking it. Students in my childbirth classes also have a lot of success using it to prevent the anemia common in pregnancy.
