By S. C. Dominguez
What I liked about it:1. Weight feels good, and gun handles comfortably.2. Unusually durable paint and wear plates.3. Case included with allen wrenches, oil and connector.4. Price. I managed to get this gun on sale at amazon for about $182.What I did not like:1. Made in Taiwan! I would never have bought it had I known this ahead of time. All my other Sencos were made in USA.2. Depth of drive adjustment doesn't work very well.3. Bends nail heads somewhat frequently (about once every 10-15 nails).4. Double and triple fires occasionally about once every 30 nails. My conclusion:I'm not a pro, but if I was I would definitely stear clear of this gun. I have no illusions that it is better made than a Hitachi, Max or Bostich. However, it was significantly cheaper at the time I purchased it. It did it's job OK, but boy would I hate life if I was a roofing contractor and had to rely on this thing's performance. It's OK if you just use it for the occassional project. Home handyman? Yes! Contractor? Hell No!

By Eric D Swift
I am a carpenter and do a fair amount of roofing. I have grown up with the attitude that Senco's are the best. I needed a new gun so I ordered this one. As I began using it I was impressed with its good balance and ease of use. However after about three roof jobs it started to leak air internally. I'm not an overly patient man so I was quite mad, I did get the gun fixed. While i did that I picked up the Hitachi NV45AB2S pro-grade this is one heck of a quality gun and my Senco sits in the shed for any of the helpers to use as a backup gun.Final words: GO WITH THE HITACHI!!

By Synesis
Bought this gun as a back up gun. Since then it has become my main. I love it's ease of use. I have the contact actuation trigger which enables me to fire rapidly. Handles similarly to a hitachi. I've used the hitachi, bostitch, porter cable, Bosch and master craft and this is by far my favorite. The Things I wish we're different are the depth gauge isn't numbered like the bostitch to allow for instant setting. The bostitch is unique in that feature I find. And the coil load is a two step (two lids close over nails to load) unlike the bostitch and Bosch which only have one. These are more ergonomic features that contribute to a few seconds here and there but not to the quality of the gun. I would definitely recommend this gun and I would buy it again.
