Great Pen, Great Company

Got this pen as a gift and love it, love it, love it!! It writes very smoothly and it's conveniently fits in my front pocket so I can take it everywhere with me. I received the pen from Paradise Pen company and I can't say enough about this company. I thought there was a problem with the pen cap screwing on to the pen, I contacted the company via email and they were very willing to exchange it for a replacement or send it to Faber-Castell for me to have it repaired. Glad to say that there was NOTHING wrong with the pen and didn't have to send it to them, but it's nice to see what great customer service they have. If you're looking for a great little pocket pen, this is the one!
