Great Knife for the Home Chef

I like cooking gourmet meals for my visiting guests and family which always seem to include alot of prep work, chopping, slicing, dicing etc. I seriously could never enjoy cooking again without a good Chefs Knife. This Henckels Pro "S" Chefs Knife is perfect for the home kitchen, it does all the work for you. Perfectly weighted, beautiful blade, sharpens easily and is safe to use. Now prep work is a breeze leaving me more time to concentrate on taste and presentation and a lot less time on prep. My Henckels was a gift, I was lucky. If you like to cook, do yourself a favor and purchase one. You'll kick yourself for not doing it sooner.
