Walls Work Jacket

I purchase these jackets for casual wear and casual business. They are much lighter and easier to handle than a coat. I live in central Texas so they break the wind and are warm enough for several hours in dry freezing weather. I recommend dry cleaning these coats as I have had some fading problems from machine wash in cold water and low drier heat. I have the bottom edge whip stitched at the cleaners so they resist fraying from chaffing on my jeans. Good product... dvjac

They don't make 'em like they used to

I've worn a Walls coat to work on our farm for about 20 years. I bought this one and love the way it repels an occasional water droplet and how warm it is, however, I'm terribly disappointed at how short the back of it is. The elastic doesn't help. If you reach up then prepare for your lower back to get exposed. Even sitting in a car makes the back creep up. I had mine altered just to get it to wear anything near properly.

My husband is a farmer and he needs a warm jacket to wear in the barn. He has had several similar to this one. He likes the weight and warmth of this jacket.
