This vest is adjustable for length and girth and offers a robust drag handle. Features: Side-release buckles for rapid donning and doffing; HawkTex right shoulder to secure proper stock-weld in the roughest of conditions; interior pocket for BLACKHAWK! Hydration System; shoulder D-rings for accessory attachment; heavy-duty webbing on back for attaching S.T.R.I.K.E. pouches; belt loops secure vest to any web belt (not included); magazine pouches with adjustable flaps for tall or short magazines; two large, internal map pockets; left-front has two M16/M4 ammo pouches that will hold three magazines each; pouches are secured with side-release buckles and hook & loop; cargo pocket with elastic weave for small items sits above ammo pouches; strobe or compass pouch secured by hook & loop flap; right-front panel has cargo pocket for medical kit (kit not included); pouch for Mark 13 day/night flare; pocket designed to carry several pencil flares and chem-lights; and a small pocket for crotch straps on back secure to front of vest. Tactical PFD

Good quality PFD. It is being used as a regular part of our dive rescue/underwater evidence recovery team gear. Lots of pockets. Great for "bigger" guys because of loops that connect it to belt. Keeps it from riding up around your ears. Highly recommend for LE water operations.
