A very good guitar.

WOW! This was is one great starter guitar, and maybe even a keeper. I'm extremely happy with it.This was a gift for my 40th birthday. I always wanted a classical guitar. I've inspected quite a few in music stores and I've done a lot of research on the internet. I noticed that the left hand model of this guitar had good reviews so I took a chance. I also didn't want to pay more than $50 for a starter guitar.Upon opening the box I thought to myself "hey, this is a Real guitar". I was expecting something a bit toyish or plastic, I'm so glad it wasn't. I quickly tuned it and was making music. Okay, maybe not music as I'm just beginning but the cords sounded sweet to me.By the way I use the AP Tuner v3.08. Its a free download tuner for my computer. It uses the computers microphone to detect the sound. I tried a handful of download tuners and this one is the best.The only thing I noticed is that I could smell a light odor of wood glue if I stuck my nose near the sound hole. I've had enough experience with wood working to know that it's to be expected from any new wood project.If I paid $200 dollars then this might be a 3 star buy. However I paid $45.71 AFTER shipping so it's not just 5 stars, it's an Awesome 5 Stars!!
