Seller is excellent. The design permits easy slipping around mouthepiece. This is readily fixed by applying a strip of black electrical tape around mouthpiece.

I am 15 and I haven't had a lot of ligatures in my 4 years of playing but this was a huge step up from those crappy stock ones I end up getting. The ligature is really versatile I mean vibrato is a lot easier to control. Plus it just looks so sexy when you have it on or take it out of the red box in front of somebody. I have a better tone now I really suggest this to anyone who is trying to step up their playing.

It's better than a poke in the eye

This ligature tightened up the sound on my 1937 Martin Handcraft Committee but I'm still missing something. Maybe it's my chops, I have none. =!8^)I'm going to mod one of my mouthpieces ala my tenor's and play with the reed some before I sell it. Design wise it has merit, so the quest goes on.Ciao,geo
