I purchased this item as a replacement for an old knob faucet in my powder room.The quality is very good as is the appearance.Even though I am not that handy, installation was a snap. Thus far, the faucet seems to be working very well (although it's only been a few weeks, so we'll have to wait and see how it holds up over the long haul).I chose not to bother with the Speed Connect, but kept the pop-up option for simplicity ...and that's my only complaint. It seemed like it should've been a no-brainer of a job, but the pop-up rod that was supplied was angled in such a way that did not easily align with my existing drain connection. I guess I may have to install the Speed Connect after all, as it seems like the manufacturer is forcing you to use it.Overall, since my spouse is pleased with this faucet, I am pleased.
