Easy, Problem Free

I have had my Gutter Dogs for nearly 5 years. They are the best! It was a breeze to install them (actually hard to call it an 'install' because you simply put them in), my gutters are problem free and I'm not climbing on my roof two or three times a year or needing to hire someone to do it for me. Better yet, I don't even have to think about my gutters anymore. I have a couple of trees close to my house and my neighbor's trees blow leaves in my direction, as well. I used to watch weather, try to figure out if all leaves had fallen, then look for a clear good weather day to get the gutters cleared, there was always that nagging feeling of needed to do something. Now I think about other things. What a worry free, no maintenance relief it is to have the Gutter Dogs. Totally easy, totally maintenance free! No more buying gutter protection that doesn't work or has to be maintained. I could say that I love them - but then, really, I love not even thinking about them at all!

Guttterdogs really work. I used to have to climb up on a ladder to my roof at least 3 times a year(I do not like being on my roof) to clean out my gutters to remove the debris from all the pine needles and oak trees around my house. No more! I have used the GutterDogs for 5 years and no water has backed up in my gutter and that is the true test of this product. Backed-up water is the cause of roof rot which can get mighty expensive. With the GutterDogs in place the leaves and pine needle dry out and blow off my roof or are trapped in the GutterDogs and breakdown into small particles that are washed down through the downspout by the rain and snow accumulation. I highly recommend this product for the DIY market as it is easy to install-no tools were required.

As I wrote in my comment to the other reviewer I bought the Gutter Dogs over 5 years ago and installed them myself. It was easy. I decided this year to take them out and washed them off. There was a little bit of roofing debris in the gutter but it was easy to hose it down the downspout. So basically, I had five years of not having to clean my gutters and I have oaks that hang over my roof. I'm glad to see Amazon is selling them as I bought mine from Ace and Ace was more expensive. Oh you do need a 5" gutter-the other reviewer had a 3" gutter and I can tell that would be too small (can't give the product review 2 stars when the product says it's for 5" gutter so I don't know what that review is all about). If you have a 5" gutter I'd give it a 5 star.
