Great Antenna

This antenna completely erased all our problems with CB's on motorcycles. The antenna along with a standard length NGP coax cable gave us the results we really needed. Just be careful to run the Coax on the opposite side that your ignition is on. Also the cable is much to long for a Motorcyle. DO NOT CUT IT. I removed my saddle bag on the side that I ran the coax and was able to consume the slack by making a back and forth lacing method. Using Steel Lock Ty-Wraps clinched the job. Also remember to not coil the excess cable as it will form a choke. The mounting brackets behind my saddle bags worked perfectly for the excess cable. We are all getting good range and clarity. You must tune the antenna which is very easy. Using SWR meter it was no problem at all. We all have 3ft antennas.

A Nice Little Antenna

This fit the bill for the rear of my motorcycle. It holds very well at high speeds and gets very good reception. The only problem I have with it is the set screw head striped out while installing it. Other wise a good product for the price.
