Solid piercing but heart could be more defined

The piece itself is quite nice looking...solid and the stone is quite shiny. However, my daughter feels the heart shape could be more defined and I have to agree, you can't really tell that the stone is a heart shape unless you look at it closely. Otherwise, it's been fine. She's been wearing it for about 3 weeks with no negative reaction to the gold and the stone seems tightly placed.
