Great, but can't sharpen!

First, this is the BEST eyebrow pencil ever. Sadly, it is triangular-shaped and thus does not sharpen well using standard round pencil sharpeners. This would be a non-issue if the special sharpener Laura Mercier makes for this pencil was available. I've been to 4 Nordsroms in 2 states and even the Laura Mercier representatives are frustrated at the lack of availability of the pencil sharpener that is necessary to use this great pencil.

I had read others' comments saying that this is the best eyebrow pencil on the market, and I agree! It is much more realistic looking than the Lancome one I had used for years. It is triangular in shape, but sharpening is not a problem at all when you also order the inexpensive sharpener that is made for it. I do wish that it had a stiff brush attachment on the other end, but I've been using an old Lancome pencil's brush tip since the Laura Mercier one doesn't have it.

i have very pale brown eyebrows that are rather sparse, and I got this to just thicken them up a little, and it's a great color match, and looks incredibly natural. Throw away your old Maybelline pencils and try this one. It looks subtle but nice and natural. Color doesn't go on too dark. I'd say this would look great for those who want a shade of dirty blonde to light brown that doesn't look too dark. I also use LM blush and mineral powder, which is the best, imo. I hope this stuff's not tested on animals!
