Had one for over 15 yrs. Newer one of course has more suction but you can't beat the reliability Of this machine.

By I do it myself
paid 50% less for this Vacuum by purchasing on Amazon vs. the local vacuum repair shop. This vacuum is a workhorse, will last for years and years. Had the last one for about 15 or 20 years, with only a few small issues. Finally died and needed a new one.. looking for another 20ish with this unit. Great delivery, great price, great vacuum.
