I find that most people who think that Prelief doesn't work only take 2 tablets. I find that 2 tablets with a snack is fine but when eating a meal, I take 4 - 6 tablets. It says on the label that you can take more if needed. I have Interstitial Cystitis and this product has made a world of difference. I usually stick with the IC diet at home, but I do like to go to a restaurant or someone's home for a good meal and by taking this product it is possible to enjoy my meal and remain pain free.
