Excellent value

I bought this shirt to protect my ribs and back in roller derby. The shirt fits snugly (it's spandex) and covers the rib area very well. There is also a smaller pad that protects the small of your back. The shirt is comfortable either as a first layer or on top of another shirt, and really protects the ribs against elbows, blocks, and slay rides. I definitely recommend for roller derby jammers.

This is a great product. It is light weight, so it doesn't feel like you are wearing anything. I have used it about 2 times since I received it form AMAZON. Let me tell you, I have been taking it to the hole a lot more aggressively. I have been hit about 4 times pretty hard in the kidney area and lower chest. I know it was hard because it sort of knocked the wind out of me, but i didn't feel it... so the product was working. You won't notice it underneath your basketball top and I like that aspect of it. The only thing that i noticed was that it would slide up about and 1 inch every so often, so i would have to pull down and adjust it just a bit. But its no big deal. If you dont have this. BUY IT.

this is a must have for basketball players! i see why 95% of NBA players wear Mcdavid stuff. its comfortable and keeps you dry and protected. wish i could find more in my size for a great deal
