Simply the Best

Deciding to cut down on wheat gluten,but loving pasta, I tried many different brands of bean thread noodles. Some add potato starch, some pea starch, but the Roland brand keeps it simple and the texture comes closest to angel hair pasta. Although I've used the noodles in Asian dishes, my favorite is to saute mushrooms, fresh spinach, asparagus and yellow squash in some olive oil and garlic and toss it in the cooked noodles along with a little marinara sauce. Fantastic!One other two-thumbs-up feature is that the package is divided into five individual nests,each a perfect one person serving, so there's no struggling to separate out part of a package.
