You've Got To Be Kidding

I purchased these earrings based on the positive reviews here. I am very disappointed in the actual quality. On close examination, the "peridot" stones (if that is what they truly are) are held together with some sort of string or twine, sloppily tied at the ends, which is why I picked up on it. If I wanted to buy costume jewelry, I would shop at Walmart. Not even in the ballpark in terms of something that could be given as a gift.

I gave these to a friend for her birthday and she absolutely loved them. They are very pretty, great color, very attractive form, and the clasp will keep them from coming off accidently.

Peridot?

Peridot jewelry is usually ugly. Most jewelry companies put the jem in the same type of mounting as other semi precious jems. These earrings stand out because of the presentation. My wife, who hates her birthstone, loves these ear rings.
