Cheap solution to turn your toilet into a handicapped

I have has two hip replacements and as such use a handicappd toilet. In my apartment there is a one piece low toilet. This was a simple replacement to make it handicapped. It does look institutional because it does not have a cover. i was luck my toilet was white. I also have a beige toilet and could not find the seat in any color but white.
