Took this thing across country for a few weeks and had no issues at all. Works very well and is easy to setup.

I ordered this product "new". The box had been beat up, opened and resealed poorly. The parts bag and instructions were missing. I called Thule (the manufacturer) and they made it good, even though it wasn't their fault. 5 stars for Thule and this rack, no stars for either Amazon or UPS.
