Good Direction Rain Chain 6-Umbrella 6-feet -I did a lot of research before ordering this item from Amazon. I know what I should have got. I received a 2-umbrella extension for the 6-umbrella rain chain. Amazon obviously has a discrepancy in product. I spoke to customer service (5 star service from them) and they sent me a replacement. It was the same thing. I sent the 2 wrong chains back (prepaid) and received full credit. Amazon was supposed to tag this item and have inventory checked but after a week they haven’t done anything. They need to remove the availability of the item so no one else has the same problem. I really want the 6-umbrella rain chain but how am I supposed to know that they have indeed checked stock?BTW - I'm giving this 5 stars b/c when I get the correct rain chain I am gonna LOVE IT
