Excellent pliers for an Excellent Price.

These pliers are of excellent quality and the price is very good. I think they are so reasonable because they did not have the quick release button that is available on the newer models. If this feature is not important to you, then I think this is an excellent buy. However, if you are looking for the newer style with the quick release button, you may be disappointed.

I purchased the Knipex 3 piece Alligator pliers set about a month ago. By trade I am a mechanic, so they get picked up at least once a day. I have been very happy with their performance. Gripping shafts or pipe has never been easier with the Alligator grip. Also they are not as taxing on your hands like channel-lock, craftsman, or klien.

These pliers are amazing! Everyone in the shop refers to em as the miracle pliers. At this price its a deal off the snap on truck they're $70 just for the 12" ones. I highly recommend getting this set.
